Our Story
In the late 1990s, Kevin Rogers and John McKillip merged their talents and ideas to create a new company focused on beautifying residential and commercial landscapes in our challenging climate of high altitude and fluctuating temperatures. They joined forces and Advanced Property Maintenance was built from the ground up on a foundation of quality workmanship and fair prices.
Over 20 years later, our team remains committed to creating and maintaining beautiful lawns and landscapes in our area. Our staff is QWEL certified with the town of Castle Rock for water conservation and management. We are also certified with the town of Castle Rock to do landscaping in Douglas County, and we have a qualified supervisor licensed with the state of Colorado for weed management. Each of our team members complete yearly continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on current techniques and trends in the industry to offer the most comprehensive lawn maintenance services available.
